FAQ

  • Yes. Estimates are always free for local projects. We typically schedule a site visit within a few days and provide a written estimate within 24-48 hours after viewing the property.

  • We can. Patrick receives contractor discounts through Sherwin-Williams and we also pass along our veteran discount for many materials. These savings are passed directly to our clients.

Clients are welcome to provide their own materials if they prefer, but we strongly recommend allowing Patrick to advise on the correct products first. Using the wrong type of paint over an existing surface can cause major adhesion problems.

For example, applying latex paint over an oil-based surface without proper preparation can cause the paint to scratch off easily. We want to make sure the job lasts and is done right.

  • We most commonly use Sherwin-Williams and Valspar from Lowe’s. Both have consistently provided strong durability, coverage, and long-term results on the projects we complete.

  • In most cases we can schedule work within 1–2 weeks. For larger projects it may be slightly longer. As demand grows our schedule may extend to 2–4 weeks out, but we always do our best to accommodate timelines when possible.

  • We do not require deposits during the estimate phase. However, all clients sign a written agreement outlining the scope of work and payment schedule.

Most projects follow a 50% payment to begin work and 50% upon completion structure. Hourly projects are invoiced and expected to be paid within 24 hours of receipt.

  • We accept:

     • Check
    • Money order
    • Venmo
    • Cash
    • Square payments (Square payments include a 3.5% processing fee.)

  • Project timelines depend entirely on the scope of work.

Small repairs or repainting a few walls may take less than a day. A full repaint of a 4-bedroom home with walls, trim, cabinets, and doors can take two weeks or more depending on preparation needs, colors, and number of coats required.

  • Absolutely. Patrick can help guide clients through color selection using color theory and experience with how lighting affects paint tones. He enjoys helping clients find colors that achieve the look and feel they want in their home.

  • Yes, and we love these partnerships. Patrick regularly works with landlords, investors, realtors, and property managers. We can even create consistent pricing structures for repeat turnover work for property portfolios.

Patrick is also available for projects in surrounding areas such as Fort Smith, the River Valley, Eureka Springs, and Hot Springs.

For projects outside Northwest Arkansas, travel and lodging expenses may be included in the estimate.
